Blot the mousse all over the hair, make sure to not pulling the hair when applying the mousse and scrunch the hair genteelly so that you don’t create frizz, flip your hair over to the side, give it a little shake and the make sure no hair is stuck to the scalp.

 

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE USING OF THE HAIR MOUSSE?

It depends on the length of your hair, apply generously in sections for maximum volume and optimal hold. Less product is needed for finer types.

 

IS THE HAIR STYLING GEL EASY TO WASH?

HR instant styling gel is designed to be easy to wash. It contains ingredients that are water-soluble making it easy to rinse the hair gel out of the hair.

 

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BE USING OF THE OIL HAIR GROWTH TO SEE RESULTS?

Use 2-3 times a week for best results.

 

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link and number. Alternatively, you can track your order on our using on the “Track My Order Page” using your order number and email or tracking number. You can also subscribe on the page for updates on order status.

 

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?

no worries! there could be further delays while your product is in transit, however, tracking numbers normally update with couriers every 48 to 96 hours.
check your tracking first to see if the courier has delayed delivery of your product because of something like an inaccurate address or customs fees.
please check here if you realized you had supplied an incomplete or inaccurate address.


Don't get alarmed if your tracking hasn't changed in a few days; your order should still be on its way to you. but please contact our customer service team so they can help you if your tracking hasn't changed in more than six working days.


For Orders placed in countries other than the United States and Canada, please allow 5+ days for your tracking to update before contacting our team to investigate your order.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS

Luxify Cosmetics is committed to making the return process for you incredibly simple, we recognize that things do happen. our goal is to provide you with an outstanding purchasing experience from beginning to end.

  • Returns must not be damaged or defective.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled only before it gets shipped. If your order cannot be canceled. You may return your order via mail. Please navigate to the Return section of this page for more information.

I THINK MY ADDRESS IS WRONG ON MY ORDER?
input the incorrect address at checkout... we can only make changes to address within 48hrs of the order been placed. Anything exceeding that, you would have to contact the courier.

If for any reason your order can't be delivered, the courier will return it to us and you’ll receive a refund once the parcel has reached our warehouse. you can keep an eye on your tracking information for any updates.


If your order hasn't shipped yet, please wait until you receive your tracking email so you can provide the courier with the tracking number, and they may be able to amend this for you.


If your order has shipped, please contact the courier directly asap as they may be able to help.


Important to know... if you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing, meaning we're not liable to refund/replace this order.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make certain changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:

  • Changing the item or size
  • billing address
  • Adding/removing items to your order
  • Shipping method

Once this time has passed the order can't be cancelled, however you can return/exchange the items once delivered.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED BUT IT'S WRONG
In the unlikely event you're missing an item, or have receive a wrong item/order, please contact us immediately with the following information and we'll sort that right away;

  • Your order numbers.
  • The name of the item you didn't receive.
  • A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

Once we have received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS ARRIVING WITH MISSING/WRONG ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.

I DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAILL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER

Order confirmation emails is sent out immediately after orders are placed to the provided email address. Once order is shipped, an email containing tracking information will be also sent out.

Please check your spam and junk folder for the email before contacting our team.

When contacting our team to enable us find your order please provide:

  • The Full Name used in placing the order
  • The email address used in placing the order

WHAT DOES FREE PICKUP MEAN

This is a cheaper form of shipping, but requires customers to pick up their order from the closest chitchat location close to you. An email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pickup with details on what location to pick it up from.

If the order is not picked up within the timeframe for it. The order will be returned to sender.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping orders not picked up (“Returned to Sender”).
